Coat of arms of the village

(1) Coat of arms The village of Kysucky Lieskovec consists of a green hazel growing in a silver shield with green nuts and yellow nuts.

(2) The right to use and use the community coat of arms is tied to consent / permission / mayor. Consent is issued for a maximum of 1 year. Applicants for the use of the general coat of arms shall indicate in the written application the form and manner of use of the coat of arms depiction. The application shall be submitted by all entities other than those referred to in paragraph 1. 3 of that provision. The application must include:

- complete graphic design, use of coat of arms
- the period for which consent / authorization is requested /
- confirmation of payment of the fee

(3) The village's coat of arms is used:

and / or on the seal of the municipality
b / Mayor insignia
c / documents on granting of honorary citizenship of Kysucky Lieskovec, prices of Municipalities Kysucky Lieskovec and appreciation of Kysucky Lieskovec
d / on buildings where the Kysucky Lieskovec Municipal Office is located
e / to mark the cadastral territory of the municipality
f / in the meeting rooms of the municipal authorities and in the mayor's office

Subjects using the coat of arms above are exempted from paying fees.

(4) The charter documents of the municipality are used in ordinary correspondence if they contain regulations, resolutions or decisions of the municipal authorities, or if they certify important facts or authorizations.

(5) The natural or legal person who has used or used it is responsible for the proper treatment and protection of the coat of arms of the municipality. Everyone is obliged to prevent unauthorized or incorrect use of the coat of arms.

(6) A more detailed regulation of the use of the municipal coat of arms as well as the amount of fees and sanctions for its unauthorized or incorrect use may be determined by the municipal council by a generally binding regulation.

Flag of the village

(1) The flag of the municipality of Kysucky Lieskovec is made up of seven longitudinal stripes in white, green, yellow, green, yellow, green and white. The flag has a 2: 3 aspect ratio and is terminated by three points.

(2) The municipality's flag is used by the mayor and the municipal council at festive and official occasions. of a public character by displaying on the buildings in which they are in the hall where the ceremony is held. The call for flag use is issued by the mayor, who also determines the manner and duration of the decoration.

(3) The flag of the municipality may also be used in public escorts and in the occasional interior decoration of rooms and networks that are open to the public.

(4) If the state flag of the Slovak Republic and the general flag are used for decoration, they are placed at the same height next to each other, while the state flag is located from the front view to the left / §8 para. 8 of Act no. 63/1993 Coll. on state symbols of the Slovak Republic and their use.

(5) The flag of the municipality shall be erected principally on the flagpole. The flag is erected and scanned slowly and with dignity;

(6) The following rules must be observed when using and displaying the flag:

a / The flag must not be used damaged or dirty and must not be tied to the rosette
b / There must be no text, images, pictures, emblems or badges, bouquets, mourning veils, etc. on the flag.

(7) The natural or legal person who used or uses it shall be responsible for the proper treatment and protection of the flag of the municipality.

(8) The municipality uses the symbols of the municipality referred to in Article 21 of this Statute in the exercise of self-government.

(9) All users of the coat of arms and flag of the municipality must use these symbols with dignity and do not allow them to be damaged or defamed. In the event of conflict with these principles, in case of misuse or in other cases worthy of consideration, the council may at any time prohibit the use of these symbols.

(10) Municipalities' authorities and organizations use the flag of the municipality in accordance with the applicable regulations for festive occasions to decorate buildings, streets, squares and halls. In the joint use of the state pledge with the flag of the municipality, the state pledge is preferred. The flag of the municipality can be used to indicate the municipal buildings of the municipality.

(11) The municipality refers to the municipal coat of arms and the flag of the municipality to the building of the municipal office, the meeting room of the municipal council and the mayor's office.
(12) Only the mayor or members of the municipal council, who represent the mayor during his absence or are entrusted with representing him in protocol acts, are entitled to use the Insignia.
