Kysucký vysokohorský klub

The beginnings of tourism in Kysucký Lieskovec began to be formed by individuals (Pius Kolibáč, Milan Paršo, Ján Rajtek, Martin Rajtek, Milan Martikán, Anna Franeková, Bohuš Podpleský, Jaroslav Borák ...) or groups already at the end of the 70's. By mutual agreement, Pius Kolibáč and Ján Rajtek formed a 12-member group, which participated in the XXIX. the national summer holiday of tourists in Dolný Vadičov. This group also had its flag under the name Turist Kysucký Lieskovec. By the end of the year, this group had formed so much that at the end of January 1983, the Tourist Section of the Body of Unity in Kysuck Lieskovec was officially founded at the inaugural meeting ...

At present, they are members of the club: Ján Rajtek (Chairman), Bohuš Podplesk (Vice-Chairman), Martin Rajtek, Ľubomír Kubánek, Ján Kekely, Anna Čaplická, Ľubica Kečková, František Poštek, Július Mokáň, Martin Šupol, Mária Paršová, Barbora Kubánková, Bohuš Paršo , Anna Parsova, Pavol Franek, Ľudmila Franeková, Renat Rajtek, Lenka Ficova, Stefan Šupol, Milan Mitka, Pavol Litvík, Štefan Mitka, Jaroslav Psota, Ladislav Kodlus, Monika Galdiová and others.

Club members' activities include:
- participation and (joint) organization of annual club events,
- Scheduled club events (see the Events Calendar section),
- community-based activities for the development of Kysucký Lieskovec,
- realization of the project of the physical and spiritual complex in Rovniach (Kysucký Lieskovec kataster),
- representation of the club on various meetings, discussions, video-projections,
- sports, fun and fun.
