The tall is a great edible mushroom. It is one of the most well-known and highest mushrooms in Slovakia, the adult cane can be up to 40 cm tall. It starts to grow in July and grows until October. We can find it in coniferous and deciduous trees in grasslands. It spoils very quickly, so it is not recommended to store it for longer. It is most often treated by frying, for example, in the form of a Vienna cut.
